Overview

Historically, all Confirmo services have been available through the main confirmo.net domain. As an example, https://confirmo.net/api/v3 points to the root of the V3 API.

Starting from 2026-02-09, we're in a process of migrating to a new confirmo.com domain. As of now, all services can be accessed transparently in dual mode by both confirmo.net and confirmo.com domains.

Migration steps

Later this year, confirmo.com will become the main domain for all services and we're going to put in place redirects to still make bookmarks and most of the accesses transparently achievable by following those redirects. Don't be surprised by seeing the new domain being a preferred one on various places. The application emails may soon start coming from not only the historical domain but also from the new one. Please accept both domains are in possession and control of Confirmo and there should be no security concerns.

In order to get ready for this change, you should update your backend integration to Confirmo systems in a way, that all API calls are approaching https://confirmo.com/api/v3 a.k.a. "the new domain". Aside of that, no other migration steps should be required.
