Deposit Lifecycle

CONFIRMING

Confirmo has detected the transaction on-chain. The deposit is waiting for the required number of block confirmations.

PENDING_VERIFICATION

The transaction has reached the required number of confirmations. Confirmo is executing internal compliance checks on the transaction. This happens automatically — no action is required from you or your customer.

DONE

The deposit is fully confirmed, all checks have passed, and your Confirmo balance has been credited.

This is the point at which you should credit the funds to your customer. This is a terminal state.

UNASSIGNED

Deposit could not be credited to your balance. This can for example happen because you set the address to inactive.

RETURNED

Funds have been sent back to the originating wallet. This can occur for example when Confirmo cannot process the transaction. This is a terminal state.

ABSORBED

The funds have remained in an unresolved state for an extended period of time as specified by the Confirmo Terms and Conditions. The funds have been claimed by Confirmo. This is a terminal state.

BLOCKED

The funds have been frozen for compliance reasons. The deposit address was also suspended. Please do not send anymore funds to this address. This is a terminal state.

FAILED

The payment failed on the blockchain and Confirmo never received the funds. This is a terminal state.
